What exactly does the Foggy Industry 30 (Pump Only) version include?
This reference corresponds only to the 750 W and 60 bar high pressure misting pump, with digital programmer and water filter. Diffusers, connectors and nylon tubing are not included and must be purchased separately to complete installation.
How many diffusers does it support and what surface can it air condition?
The pump supports up to 36 diffusers maximum and is sized to condition exteriors of up to 200 m², achieving a drop in ambient temperature of up to 12 °C through misting.
Why are oil bath ceramic pistons an advantage?
Ceramic pistons suffer less wear with high-pressure water and, when working in an oil bath, they dissipate heat better. This translates into more hours of continuous operation, greater durability and a stable droplet size over time.
What is the built-in decompression valve for?
The decompression valve releases residual pressure in the circuit when the pump stops, which prevents the diffusers from dripping after turning off the system and keeps the areas under the mist line dry.
What water inlet pressure and flow rate do you need?
It supports a maximum inlet pressure of 5 bar and is not self-priming, so it must be connected to a network outlet with positive pressure. It is advisable to install a pre-filter if the water carries particles, to protect pistons and diffusers.
What basic maintenance does the pump require?
It uses 10W-40 oil with a crankcase volume of 0.04 l, so it is advisable to check the level periodically and respect the intervals indicated in the manual. It is also advisable to clean the external water filter and the diffuser filters to maintain droplet size.
